Most color analysts have been trained to study color theory, not color psychology. They are insanely gifted at what they do!

I, however, have studied color in multiple dimensions, so I can tell you which colors are your key communication colors, what they do for the body + most importantly, which colors to avoid.

For example, if you're dealing with high stress or blood pressure, I would discourage the use of red. However, if you had low blood pressure + struggled with daily movement, I'd suggest red to up your circulation.
